With only 600 individuals left, the Lahille’s bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops gephyreus) is on the brink of extinction.

The ONGs KAOSA, YAQU PACHA e o Zoo de Nuremberga, and our partners Zoomarine – Algarve, Rancho Texas, Zoo de Duisburgo, National Marine Mammal Foundation, Fundación Oceanogràfic, Planète Sauvage e EAAM, are launching the BackboneGuardians campaign to raise awareness and funds for urgent conservation efforts outlined in a new 5-year action plan.
